  • Pistol Progression 4-6 reps each leg
  • HS hold or walks (freestanding or supported) 60-90 seconds
  • L-sits, 30-60 seconds
  • L-pull ups

WOD

3 Rounds

3 minute running clock:

400m run or row

Max reps of wall balls

*rest 3 minutes between rounds
